G2's Grid® Report assesses ERM solutions based on customer satisfaction and market presence– categories LogicGate Risk Cloud scored highly in. 99% of respondents rated LogicGate 4 or 5 stars, 96% indicated LogicGate is moving in the right direction, and 92% said they would recommend Risk Cloud to a friend.

Both the Quality of Support and the Ease of Doing Business were rated at 98%, well above the industry average 90%, and 91% respectively. - User Experience: Customers consistently highlight LogicGate's intuitive interface and positive user experience. The platform's Ease of Use, rated at 89%, allows teams to quickly adopt and integrate Risk Cloud into their daily operations. In addition, the Ease of Admin and Ease of Setup rated above industry average as well, with 89% each compared to 86% and 82%, respectively.
- Top Tier Implementation: Unlike many other tools in the ERM Grid®, Risk Cloud provides in-house expert-driven implementation services that enable our customers to achieve and report value quickly. This is reflected in our 95% satisfaction rating for Implementation compared to the industry average90%.
