LogicGate Secures $113M Series C Funding Round

Today we are excited to announce that LogicGate has secured a $113M Series C Funding Round! 

Led by PSG, a leading growth equity firm partnering with middle-market software and technology-enabled service companies, and our existing partner Greenspring Associates, a venture capital firm that has been with us since our Series B.

This new capital brings our total funding to date to $156 million. These funds will fuel all elements of our business, including significant product advancements and the expansion of our partner ecosystem, international presence, and security posture.

Finding the Perfect Partners

We had a tremendous amount of interest when it came time to secure this Series C, but we knew we owed it to our customers to find the right fit. 

Finding the right capital with the right partner is what we set out to do. And we’ve found that in PSG and Greenspring Associates. 

This financing affords us the capital to grow the company and build on our mission to be the market-leading player in the GRC space. We are fully aligned and hold a shared understanding of what success looks like over the next several years and the milestones that we will go through together to get there. 

With this funding, we will be heavily investing across the board, but advancing platform capabilities, bringing new products to market, accelerating the growth of our partner ecosystem, international presence, and security posture will all be getting sizable investments.
